Project overview
Ozark Falls is an MVP project focused on a land-based military drone operating in modern, drone-saturated environments. The goal was to develop a companion software and validate core concepts for remote control, situational awareness, and secure communication. From the beginning, the project was designed as a foundation for future expansion into more advanced defense and training scenarios.
Somco Software's responsibilities
Somco Software was responsible for delivering the core software of the MVP, enabling secure and reliable interaction with the drone in real time.
- Development of a remote control app for drone operation
- Real-time visualization of drone location on a map
- Handling movement commands and control requests
- Design and implementation of a secure connectivity protocol
