Our background
Founded in 2020, originally as Scythe Studio, with a deep focus on software as a real craft.
Since 2021, we proudly hold the title of official Qt Service Partner - recognition of our expertise.
In 2025, we rebranded to Somco Software to reflect our evolving mission and business vision.
We’re building a company driven by passion, professionalism, and strong ethical values.

Our mission
Somco was founded on the belief that software is a craft. We care about quality, attention to detail, and doing things the right way -not cutting corners. That mindset is still at the heart of everything we do.
We’re passionate about creating software and devices that help people. Many of our projects support the medical field, which is why we chose the name Somco - inspired by soma, the Greek word for “body”.
We’re building a workplace where people come first. Respect, empathy, and honest collaboration matter to us - and they shape how we work with both clients and each other.
