MEDICAL
A medical device application developed usingthe Qt framework. The patient's vital signs monitor features a pulse oximeter and heart rate sensor. It consists of a sensor and a microcontroller. It communicates with the sensor, gets data from it, and sends it via a USB cable to a computer.
This project was built on a solid combination of C++, Qt, and QML. C++/Qt handled the application logic, sensor communication over the serial port, and a custom C++ plotting engine for real-time vital-sign visualization.
QML enabled a clean, modern interface and integrated smoothly with the C++ backend, allowing us to iterate quickly while keeping the UI responsive and visually appealing.
We also used Qt Safe Renderer to display critical health data with guaranteed reliability. Its built-in safety mechanisms and compliance with key medical standards make it well-suited for handling essential patient information.
Our Patient Vital Parameters Monitor project shows that we go far beyond UI development. We designed and prototyped hardware components, implemented custom wireless and wired connectivity, and handled low-level data acquisition directly from medical sensors.
This combination of embedded engineering and high-level Qt expertise allows us to deliver complete, end-to-end medical solutions. We help medical companies move faster, reduce risk, and deliver compliant, market-ready products with a team experienced in regulated environments.
UX/UI, product design, embedded, software, testing, and IEC 62304 documentation handled by one coordinated team.
Work directly with engineers experienced in medical software, embedded systems, Qt, connectivity, and safety-critical solutions.
We launch new projects quickly (2-week promise) with a ready-to-engage team skilled in medical workflows and regulatory expectations.
